ICM Mobility Group is focused on the mobility sector for private and public transport, supporting technology businesses for clients of ICM Limited (ICM). We build and invest in businesses shaping the digital transformation of the mobility sector. ICM Mobility Group is owned by Somers Limited and QICM Technology Investments Limited, and is managed by ICM.

We partner with and support our businesses through regular management contact and active communication across the ICM Mobility Group portfolio.

ICM is an international fund manager and corporate finance adviser, headquartered in Bermuda, with expertise in listed equities, private equity and fixed income. ICM specialises in the following investment sectors: Utilities & Infrastructure, Financial Services, Mining & Resources and Technology. Somers Limited is an investment holding company specialising in the financial services sector, principally in banking, asset financing, fintech and wealth management. Somers’ primary investments include: a majority holding in Resimac Group Limited, an Australian residential mortgage lender; a holding in L&C Waverton, an award winning UK wealth manager; and, ICM Mobility Group which is focused payments and ticketing in the public and private transport sector.
